George James Uridge ( d 1907)

Heard again from Margaret Luby, who is researching George James URIDGE who fell off his bicycle and died on 4 September 1907 in Germiston, South Africa. Margaret has kindly provided certificates for the marriage of his son Richard George URIDGE to Ivy Watson. Also the marriage certificate for George's widow Ellen Emily URIDGE née COX to her second husband Thomas NEALE.

Margaret's great-grandparents George James and Ellen Emily are believed to have lived in South Africa. Their children are not listed in the GRO birth indexes, and the family have not been found in the 1901 census. Ellen Emily lived with her four children in the Acton area in the early 1900s.

I need to locate the inquest of George James URIDGE, which was sent to me from South Africa sometime ago. After my move back from Germany I am still struggling with boxes!
